Hmm...blast from the past? :)  We used to offer to meet people at the info
booth at 2:45pm if they didn't know the way but I don't think it has been
official offered as a service for sometime as there was little call (I met
maybe 5 people there over the course 2.5 several years).  The web page has
a map now too :)
