As one who has recently become an Accountant and knows a bit about
clubs, I suggest that incorporation is an expensive exercise. Proceed
with caution, it has a great many pluses but many negatives, including
audit costs to satisfy the Office of Fair Trading.......unless you get
someone like myself to do the audit at a nominal rate...............
