Although we do mention this seemingly every time someone writes 'test' to
a mailing list, could people *please* keep in mind that:

	*) Test messages to mailing lists are annoying, and have great
	   potential for you to be publically embarrassed by people
	   expressing their annoyance.

	*) Test messages to automated addresses, such as
	   majordomo at lists.humbug.org.au don't have as great a potential
	   for public embarrassment.

	*) Its mid-semester break, and with the number of people that
	   somewhat following the University timetable, things can get a
	   wee bit quiet.

As for slow delivery, I'm seeing an 8 minute turnaround time which is
perfectly acceptable:
