I just installed it on a rented box in the states running RH6.2, it
serves aorund 300 domains.

I simply installed it through CPAN, then added 
 
:0 fw
| spamc

:0
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
! spambox at ourdomain.com

to /etc/procmailrc

And fired up spamd. 

The box is a PIII-550 with 1Gb ram and we're picking up between 300 and
700 spams a day. All I can say is brilliant.
