This must be one of those questions that now has a generally agreed apon
optimal answer:
	email is on a POP server A (eg ISP),
	pull it down onto another server B (mine),
	access it via IMAP
	-: how to do?

The third one is already being done (tho' I have a hurdle of IMAP shared
folders to solve yet).

The rest looks like a job for fetchmail - any gotchas people are aware of?
