[H-GEN] Setup for apt-get

Hi all,

Newbie question # ? (lost count)

When doing an apt-get install on a debian box it is trying to connect to
my proxy at work (which behind a firewall), I was at work when I
installed the box. I remember a command to reconfigure the setup and I
think I even wrote it down an a scrap of paper :(

What is the command I need to run to setup the machine so I can run the
apt-get tool.
