I'm afraid I do not have any experience in this area at all. However, I
think that Griffith University may have a clean room for their
micro-electronics course. (At least, I remember a big white room where
they were doing something with semiconductors.) I'm not sure how you would
go about getting access. Are their any Griffith Uni people on the list?
