Hi all. It looks like I'll be asked to setup RT (from
http://www.fsck.com) for my new workplace to allow for job tracking, etc.
I've setup RT1 quite a few times & am conformtable with its management &
use. RT2 has supposedly got alot of new features but doesn't seem as
"straight forward" to operate from a user perspective as RT1 (from the
little I've seen). I'm interested in the comparative opinions of those who
have tried both RT1 & RT2 as a job management system. Do users find RT2
easy enough to manage. The users won't necessarily be technical but would
receive some in house training in its use.
Cheers,
	-Rob
