Since I've been overclocking a bit as well, this comes up sometimes when you
push the cpu too hard and try to boot above what the chip can do.

Not always the case.  I've actually seen a machine where the non-overclocked
cpu died.  Replacing the cpu with another saw the machine boot properly.

Are you sure it's a p200mmx?  Some unscrupulous people sold p166mmx chips as
200mmx because it was a relatively easy overclock.

Is your cpu fan running properly/clogged full of dust?  Has it been like
this for some time?

I'm sure you can see the point I'm getting at.
