Hi Shaun, we'll need to see the exact error (or as much as you can manage 
to copy over :)

Problems like this often come from the filesystem for / not being in the 
kernel, or the right driver not being present for the scsi device (or 
other causes).

Look for numbers like 08:01 to represent the device, etc.
