[H-GEN] ISOC bid for .ORG Registry

The Internet Society (ISOC) is making a bid to become the registry for the
.ORG domain after VeriSign's contract with ICANN expires. They are looking
for users who support this to submit letters of support to ICANN. Full
details of their campaign are available at 'http://www.isoc.org/dotorg/'.

ISOC is notable for being the umbrella group underwhich the IETF works.
