[ Humbug *General* list - semi-serious discussions about Humbug and ]
[ Unix-related topics. Posts from non-subscribed addresses will vanish. ]
I have noticed this same problem, i have tried changing that option
aswell, these machines are on telstra adsl around australia. All they
currently do when the link appears to drop out is to walk over to the
machine and give it a "3-fingered-salute", once it reboots the adsl is
fine for 5hrs - 5 months[1]. I also use dns2go, works a treat.
[1] depending on whether the telstra network is up or stays up this long
