Maybe if someone were to take them off your hands and take them
to the next humbug or something. I don't have weels beyond a dilapitated push
bike, but I live in St.Lucia, Sisley St.
Too far away for a drop off of a few items ?

G'day Christian,
well, I will indeed bring what is left to Humbug next week.
As for the Hub, well I think that was Tony Nugent from the Gold Coast, who was
after one.
And the delipidated Bike? well Byron is looking for a back wheel.
His fell apart when he rode thru our front gate, last week! Must have been the
weight in his back pack!

How kind of you to offer to take the lot, - but about 3/4 have already gone.
Sorry about that :>

The Cards? you are asking me????? Mien Gott in Himmelflabber.
- Ok I got Vince to answer the tecko bit

Greetings, folks...
Some more info on the "286 on a board", as Tony calls it.
These are industrial 286 CPU cards, as silkscreened onto the board itself. They
boast either an Intel 80L286 or a Harris CMOS 286 (latter yummy for home
projects), in addition to four 30 pin SIMM sockets (populated), a piezo speaker,
RTC, 287 socket, sockets for 27C010/040 additional BIOS or firmware, two COM
ports, a parallel port, a FDD and HDD header, as well as the usual mobo headers
- keyboard lock, HDD/power LED's, speaker, and so forth. They are in the form
factor of a 16 bit ISA card, complete with a back plate - which has a PS/2 KB
connector and two 9 pin D serial connectors, like standard. I don't think
they'll fit into a standard ISA mobo, though, as the bus signals might be
different, and in addition the skirt on the card is lower. Some are a little the
worse for wear, having banged around with their comrades - the one I refer to
has pins bent and one tantalum capacitor snapped off, and of course the flash
(or giant EPROM's) containing the original owner's proprietary microcode have
been removed, but for those of an experimental bent, they should prove QUITE
interesting.

Total number: something less than 2 hundred, I estimate.

 Regards, Vince
