Unlike other responants I can comment on this, a teacher friend of mine
was telling me about this situation, it seems that MS does indeed have
Education Queensland by the proverbial balls. It may also interest
people to know that decisions of this level are not made my Ministers or
MP's but by public servants, if Ministers spent thier time making
descisions like this they would be working 24/7 instead of the standard
16/7 and would never have time to meet with the constituents in their
electorate or sit in parliament to effect legislation.
