I can't speak for anyone else but I am not part of the QLD Ed department. Do you believe anyone on this list is?
If so then great, if not then maybe this e-mail should have been sent to your local State member of someone at the QLD education head office. regarding their policies.
Having said that you will most likely find that the agreement is confidential, MS probably don't want people to know how much they are raiding the public purse.
