[H-GEN] network printer

I've worked with Shaun at tonight's meeting and this was easily
done.  For the sake of anyone reading these emails looking for
an answer, here's what worked for us:

    # cat /etc/lprng/printcap
    # [MJS 6 Jul 2002] Initial Config
    # Based on /usr/share/doc/lprng/examples/printcap.gz

    .common:
	    :sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P
	    :sh:mx=0:mc=0

    # Hewlett Packard 4M+ with JetDirect card
    lp:tc=.common:lp=192.168.1.10%9100
	    :filter=/usr/lib/lprng/filters/lpf
	    :ifhp=model=hp4m+,status@
