Dingoblue were filtering port 80 last I checked -- could this be it?  It
causes me no end of hair-pulling due to people who can't handle port
numbers in an URL.  Still, at least I don't get any Code Red spam in my
logs.

They probably are filtering port 80 but I have since changed away from port 80.  DNS2go allows you to redirect to any port you like and the others I have tried don't allow permission either.

Austarnet isn't the problem.

I have "borrowed" a friends ISP for a quick go and it gave the same result when Dingoblue is the server ISP.

Have had no help really here so I guess tomorrow I will be on the phone to Dingoblue but it is probably not on their Q & A sheets and so will probably draw a blank there too.
