Thanks to the replies, I am now less paranoid about these ports, but am
in the process of learning iptables in order to block them anyway,

|The simple solution could be that your ISP is filtering traffic going to
|these ports.  Why not try using your favourite firewall software to block
|all incoming traffic and do another scan.
