SnapGear have been in touch and explained that this is affecting several
customers.  They've given me some suggestions (specifically, some dhcpd
parameters) whilch I'll try tonight.

Basically, whichever server it is Telstra that just installed won't talk
to the default config for dhcp on a SOHO+.  I've yet to confirm if a
Debian/Linux PC can get a lease yet.
