Nikolai,

I posted this to -gen a few weeks ago. Basically, out of the blue one day,
rh7.2 started hard-locking at "partition check". No keyboard response,
nothing. I've tried the rh7.3 install cd kernel and the debian netinst
kernel (booting off cd-rom both times) and the same error occurs. The
general consensus among the humbug folk is a hardware failure.
