Actually over the years we have had to miss quite a few meetings due to 
uni exams completely booking the rooms.  If we get refused a room for a 
particular date we've learnt to reapply closer to the date as the exams 
sections seems to book out the entire uni & then release rooms as they can 
(which is fair enough).  Even then we sometimes have to skip a meeting.  

The uni gives us the room(s) for free so we can hardly complain :)
