I have been using Netspace for about 3 months now, and have found the 
service to be excellent. Haven't had more than a few minutes downtime 
(yet). The connection I have uses PPPoA which I am told has less overhead 
and better than PPPoE.

I'm even using the Alcatel Speedtouch USB modem they supply with my Debian 
box :)
