UQ used to run ICL terminals (which were definately _not_ normal 
serial dumbterms) in the libraries.  So I gather that they had an ICL
terminal server at some point.  They are all well & truly gone I suspect.

I remember a few years ago they were getting rid of the dubterms.  I guess
most of them went to recyclers.
