Well, I'm using a USB "multimedia" keyboard and MS Optical mouse on my
new workstation at work (an Acer Veriton 5200, quite a nice machine).
They took a little of fiddling with the drivers to get them to work how
I wanted, but in the end they work fine.

One hint when using keyboards and mice is to use the full HID module,
instead of seperate keyboard and mouse modules. Keyboards and mice will
still basically work using the seperate drivers, but the extra keys
didn't work.

Also, be very careful about forgetting to load keyboard drivers when you
load up USB, as your keyboard will stop working until the keyboard
driver is loaded, however it will also work fine without any USB support
loaded at all.

On another note, I'll be along to the meeting tonight (first in a LONG
time), as the ed tutorial and backup panel look extremely interesting
:-)
