Oh dear. Please, don't use pico. Or joe, for that matter.
There are several good reasons to avoid using pico or joe as your system
editor. A quick scrounge through google will suffice.
It's worth the time to develop a basic understanding of the unix editors
- vi and emacs are bound to be almost ubiquitous these days, whilst the
'easy' editors (joe, pico et al) are often non-core installs. There's a
reason for that.
