According to /etc/services, udp 525 is for the timed service. I use
FreeBSD but the man page for user-ppp mentions most of the code is
written by Brian Somers so I assume it's the same. I had a glance at
the filtering section and would be happy to help if I can in any way.
Actually I am using ipfw and natd but OpenBSD uses ipfilter instead,
except now Theo de Raadt had gone and got ipfilter removed thanks to his
brilliant diplomacy.
