Could the exec make sure it posts the time and place of this meeting
to the announce list please (if it didn't plan to already, which I
doubt).

I think this idea is the most simple one, and probably most likely to
succeed.
Another suggestion would be to encourage growth of SIGs withing the
club, such as Andrae's Developer SIG.

I think I would prefer that the working group meeting *not* be at a
HUMBUG meeting: (a) I've been to one or two that were not at a club
meeting and they worked well (whereas the communication problem at
meetings is one of the things we're trying to solve, right?) and (b) I
can't attend the next HUMBUG meeting anyway.
