A LART (Luser Attitude Readjustment Tool) is what you use to punish
someone who does something stupid, such as sending mail Cc:ed to the
list it was sent To:, hitting a Big Red Switch to see what it does,
running Outlook, so on and so forth.

The noun also has a verb form, referring to the act of dishing out
said punishment.
