Does this mean that if you can disassemble a server and know where the hard
drive is you are competent?
I wonder if you can reassemble the said server you qualify for a higher
rate?
POSTSCRIPT: We had a bit of a discussion regarding browsers here a few
months ago. I notice an interesting article on Slashdot comparing Linux
browsers (or to be more correct browsers running on Linux as one respondent
alluded to).
