[H-GEN] qtronix lynx 3d scrolling mouse

i have the above mouse and it doesn't seem to want to scroll. does anyone
have any experience with getting this particular mouse to work as it
should in XF86? I've tried it as an MS IM but it still won't scroll. any
help would be appreciated.
