[H-GEN] RE Russian-English translation programs.

Hi people,
	I am hoping that some one can point me at some translation
programs for Russian-English-Chinese(Cantonese/Mandarin); for all six
directional pairs/permutations.
	The reason: Russians and Chinese are by the far the leaders in
Maths in the world, and I am a mathematician, and do not speak/write any
Cantonese/Mandarin and only a little Russian.
