Object Oriented Programming and Design (essential)
SQL and databases (essential)
PHP 4
HTML/CSS

Linux, UNIX, Perl, ASP, Java, Javascript, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.

We have a substantial amount of PHP4 code already developed. If you have
