Erm, AFAIK, dhcpcd id the DHCP client (although I find pump works MUCH
better), not the DHCP server, which is at
http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/linux/redhat/redhat-7.0/i386/en/RedHat/RPMS/dhcp-2.0-12.i386.rpm

Hmmm, this is really quite an old version now.  Not sure if 3.0 has been
released as stable yet, but it was released as a beta about 8-12 months
ago.
