I just ran a full day tutorial about LDAP, and have some
recommendations about useful books:

1. Implementing LDAP
   Mark Wilcox
   Wrox Press

2. Understanding and Deploying LDAP Directory Services
Tim Howes, Mark Smith and Gordon Good
MacMillan Network Architecture and Development Series.

The first is probably better for programming, and the second
is possibly the best reference about the theory of LDAP I've
seen. I can drag these books along to humbug for a quick look.

If there's any interest, I can probably run some kind of
introductory talk about LDAP, including using Perl to talk
to LDAP.

Thanks,
Brad
