Perhaps the Executive would be kind enough to post membership
statistics (number of members, number of financial members, and monthy
growth would be a good start) here so we can gauge the magnitude of
the problem we're facing? Also anyone who rembers (or perchance,
happened to record) the initial number of financial members initially
at the AGM a few months ago.

Well, in the absence of any other proposal, I'm happy to vote for
Willie's proposal---we have a proven Executive in office, so I think
we can afford to play with the numbers a little. I'd like to see the
cap small enough that the club can do business without having to wait
for anyone except a few latecomers---*not* waiting around for more
than an hour with the doors sealed.

I think you'll find it'll take until then anyway, but surely getting
it done at all is the point.
