The office is apparently going to be in the Valley.

At one point they were getting over 100 emails a day, plus the
snail-mail! This was several weeks AFTER the closing date for
applications :o)
Anyway, they're trying to set the business up on a commercial footing,
and have only just now started to look at hiring technical staff. I
know that they've had to cull the ENOURMOUS list of resumes rather
ruthlessly, and they still have a huge number to get through. Also,
after some of the recent "acquisitions" made by the parent company, they
picked up several "technical" Australian employees by default (several
people were telecommuting from Melbourne).
There aren't a lot of RedHatters in Australia yet, and all of the above
has kept them VERY busy. I wouldn't expect to hear a lot from them for
a little while yet, but I can assure you that they are there and they
aren't standing still.

Paul
