because of corruption, automated tools don't help too much.
i hand edit the things. 6meg is not frightening when you consider a lot of
that is going to be some damn jpg attachment.
My experience has been the corruption appears in the first dozen messages,
so 6meg is not scanned.
simply (HA!) edit with joe or vi and cut out each message beginning with the
From: field which is always separated by a blank line above from the
previous message.
