A freebie SNMP browser like the TCL/TK packet "tkined" ought to be
able to grub through the snmp tables and produce status/activity
reports.  There are considerably more sophisticated packages around,
but tkined is pretty cool.  It even supports the private MIBs of
$GREEDY_ROUTER_VENDOR.
