Humbug itself does not have anything like the above.  Contacting your
local university's electrical engineering department may help (hi, I want
to erase some eproms, can you help?).

Failing that, exposing the erase window to the sun or a UV tube (local
lighting supply shop) for a few hours may work; asking www.google.com for
'erase eprom cheap' may provide some links.
