It is a sad day. I wonder if the ABA would care to reimburse these ISP's
for the increased staff numbers, or pay damages to ISP's who won't be able
to carry out the respective duties. 

As of what I knew last, over 200 ISP's in .au were getting their content from
outside of australia via satelite. As that satelite doesn't supply 
just australia, it makes it the ISP's job to censor the traffic. 

Having just read over half the bill, I hope all HUMBUG members turn up
at the rally at the Roma Street Forum, 12pm this Friday. Interesting 
situation. 

So we have to have one class of users for adults, another for children. Sure, 
my mummy is going to buy me a second account so I can browse safely and legally.

Maybe the satellite feed wasn't such a good idea...
