UQU C&S is now encouraging medium-large sized clubs (over $1000
turnover, IIRC) to consider incorporation as separate entities, rather
than using UQU as their legal body.  So, "incorporation vs affiliation"
is no longer a dichotomy.  I don't have any other opinion on whether
HUMBUG should affiliate or not, but thought people might be interested
to know.
