Im still definaly interested in getting this all up and running.  Who knows.. If we get enough
people, it may be possible for us to get a licence and route internet traffic across it..  This
may involve in some very sweet talking with the Executive but its always a possibility.

For me, It would be a great experiment to see the viability of my current project in creating a
Laser Tranciever.  Of which im still looking up all the legal work on.. TO my knowledge, no
licence needed to transmitt etc, but only if you are to carry commercial services.  Anyway.. Id
like to see it all go ahead.  Even if 9600baud is a little slow.. we can always beef it up in
the future.
