[H-GEN] Curses or Ncurses

First, a big thanks to the people who responded, most helpfull however...

I tried to compile the programs on the HPUX boxes at work and although the
compiles were ok the program produced crappy borders using "|" and "-"
(pipe and minus)  with "+" as the corner pieces.

I looked in the /usr/lib/ and there is only libcurses.a no "libncurses.a"
are the enhanced borders only available in libncurses.a ??

I tried a variety of terminal type wyse60, vt100 and ANSI to no avail.

Any suggestions...
