[H-GEN] Cyrix AMD and other CPUs

I understand that the Cyrix processors have a few problems under RedHat 5.0
(or was that 5.1?) that have been fixed with ver 5.2 and above.  I am
currently running a RedHat 5.2 system on a Cyrix PR-166+ system, and it
seems to work quite nicely.

I am about to (early next week) blow this install away and install a fresh
copy of RedHat 6.0 on this system.  Let's hope it works OK.  :-)

AFAIK, the AMD processors are fine with redHat 5.x and above, they are
faster than the Cyrix processors but slower than the Intel processors.
