[H-GEN] Fw: Linux support for Creative PCI64 / Ensoniq 1370

As I figured ..... kernel 2.0.36 DOESN'T have support for Soundblaster PCI64
/ Ensoniq 1370 and it looks like the best fix is replacement with 2.2.1 (APC
March) or 2.2.2 (kernel.org)
