As Craig said, it sounds like a 13W3 connector. I am looking at a Sun
(Sony Trinitron) monitor right now (actaully it came via PI) - connected
to a S3Trio. I made a connector/cicuit for it (with Nik Kwiatowski's
help) that came to a total of about $50. The *most* expensive parts are
the little gold pin things that go inside the connector.
I seem to only be able to get 1152x900 (under both windows and X). Once
everything is setup that's not a problem. You tend to become adept at
working out what is going on even though you can't see textmode ;) 3
beeps, that must be scandisk starting up...
cheers
Chris.
