[H-GEN] CMOS update in RedHat

Heh, just had a look at setclock, didn't even know it was there... much
better to use that.  It's a shell script that will call the appropriate
program (most likely this will be hwclock) and uses the config in
/etc/sysconfig/clock to determine correct settings.

hwclock --systohc --utc
