[H-GEN] E2FS errors

(Note reply-to: being general at humbug.org.au vs Michael Anthon <mca at tams.com.au>)

I have only ever seen 2 causes of FS corruption on my Linux systems.
1. When the machine was powered off without a shutdown
2. When a HDD is a bit dodgy and is on it's way out. This one can
occasionally be fixed by doing a bad block scan. This is also usually
accompanied by a lot of disk I/O errors in the system log.

Cheers
Michael
