I'm pleased to learn that I have misunderstood you; however, the
attitudes that you gave in your previous email aren't always held
"tounge-in-cheek".  I've met some otherwise gifted individuals who
think that Microsoft in the second coming.

Users and users, and you won't be changing them anytime soon.
Therefore, change what they use to something that you have greater
control over :-)
