[H-GEN] Drinks to be unavailable at this meeting.

All,

Due to some pressing personal and study-related commitments, I'll be
unlikely to have the drinks esky at this meeting (6/2/99).  I'm not
quite sure if I'll be there myself.

That being said, I have been and will be doing my utmost to have the
drinks at all the HUMBUG meetings this year.
